Reduced latency for enhanced AI-powered analytics
Introducing the improved low latency analytics, a significant enhancement designed to optimize event delivery times. With this new upgrade, event delivery to the 3dEYE Alarm Monitoring Portal is accelerated to just 6 seconds; and to IMMIX, it reaches within 10 seconds. This streamlined approach leverages historical object tracking data to intelligently reduce excessive alerts for the same object, ensuring a more efficient and accurate monitoring experience.

Improved Integration with IMMIX
The 3dEYE platform now features enhanced integration with IMMIX, including low latency event delivery (below 10 sec) with bounding boxes for event playback, secure live RTSP video streaming with IP-based access control, and advanced object tracking analytics to reduce false alarms for non-unique objects, ensuring more efficient and effective video monitoring and incident management.
New analytics models to include new vehicles types
We’re excited to announce the launch of our latest analytics models. These updates include expanded support for emergency vehicle types, such as police cars, ambulances, fire trucks, and more, enabling more accurate identification and response in critical situations. Additionally, we've introduced a more effective tracking algorithm that significantly improves the accuracy and reliability of object tracking in dynamic environments.
Real-time roles updates
With our new feature, role updates are now delivered in real time, ensuring that any changes to camera access based on role adjustments take effect immediately. This enhancement provides you with greater control and flexibility, allowing for more responsive and effective security management.
Webhook updates for enhanced live video monitoring
We’ve introduced new webhook functionality that allows you to select specific analytics types, such as vehicles, behavior-based loitering, and ALPR, with the added flexibility of a dedicated confidence slider for each. This enhancement is complemented by the introduction of the new JSON Webhook Payload.
UI & web toolkit functionality enhancements
Our latest updates bring several key enhancements, including UI improvements with intuitive multi-tab support for smoother navigation, major upgrades to the Alarm Monitoring Portal for enhanced performance, and advanced 180° and 360° de-warping for crystal-clear video analysis. Additionally, significant advancements have been made to the Web Toolkit, providing developers with more powerful and versatile tools to build and customize solutions effectively and efficiently.
New ALPR AI model released
Excited to announce the release of our latest LPR AI model, packed with powerful new features. Key highlights include:
- Low Latency Mode for real-time license plate detection and recognition
- Reading multi-line license plate numbers
- Support for detecting and reading plates on bicycles
- Expanded country coverage
