How do I become a 3dEYE Partner Integrator?

Fill out our registration form and we will be in contact shortly to help you setup your account.
How does this work?

We charge you for data that you want to store on our service and for how much you use our platform to view and manage your surveillance cameras. We don't charge any license fees per camera nor software license fees unlike other VMS platforms.
How many cameras can I connect?

That depends a great deal on the resolution and FPS each camera is set to stream to our service and how long you need to store the video for. We would expect a 720p resolution camera at 15FPS and stored for 7 days to use 50GB of data stored on our servers.
Am I charged to view my video?

Yes. We calculate the number of kb of video that your clients review during the month. This means that a portion of the data charge for the month will be from users who view the video. Typically most clients review only a small fraction of the video that they store on our service and you should expect the greatest use of data to come from the storage itself.
How do you charge for storage?

Storage is calculated as the average kb of data used each day over every day for the billing month. For example if you use 0.5 TB of data for the first 20 days and then 2 TB for the remaining 10 days you will be charged for an average of 1 TB over a 30 day month.
When do you delete my data?

All video is saved on a "rolling" basis. As new data comes in we delete the old data to make space in your account. You can increase or decrease the number of days that we save data on your account at any time however we constantly track your data usage and at the end of the month we give you a total number of kb that you have used.
What happens if I exceed my pre-pay plan?

If your account uses more data than you have pre-paid for we will calculate a portion of the on demand price that you have used extra for the month.
Can I set limits?

Yes you can. Each customer can have limits placed on the account to prevent them from changing the resolution settings for cameras or from viewing the video on too many devices or machines.
Can I save video clips to my computer?

Yes, all recorded video can be exported and saved to your local computer. Otherwise saved clips are stored indefinitely in 3dEYE Library and available as long as your account is active.
